Most recently, Fred was Chief Information and Process Officer at HomeServe NA, where he led Payment Operations, Project Management Office, IT, and Information Security. Prior to that, Fred held various executive roles with a career spanning Payment Processing, Operations, and Technology — primarily focused on both business processes and implementing technology solutions to streamline and support the growth of the organization.
