Azra Sibic, CPA, serves as Chief Community Accounting Officer at CCMC and brings more than 18 years of experience in community association accounting and financial leadership. A licensed CPA in Arizona, Azra oversees CCMC’s Accounting Department, including Community Accountants, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury services. She is deeply knowledgeable in industry-specific accounting best practices and regularly supports boards and internal teams through financial training, board meeting participation, and hands-on guidance.

 Since joining CCMC in 2022, Azra has led significant improvements in financial reporting quality by implementing streamlined, accuracy-focused processes that enhance transparency and reliability. Her work has strengthened confidence among boards and stakeholders while improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Azra holds a master’s degree in accounting from Grand Canyon University and, outside of work, enjoys traveling, reading, and watching soccer.
