Kimberly Rovtar serves as General Counsel for VCP, where she is responsible for leading the company’s legal strategy and building its legal function to support sustained growth and operational excellence. Since joining VCP as its first in-house attorney, she has established the legal infrastructure necessary to address complex regulatory, contractual, and transactional matters while partnering closely with senior leadership and business teams.

Kimberly brings extensive experience from prior in-house and private practice roles, including building and scaling legal departments within private-equity-backed organizations. Her background in both law and accounting enables her to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions across compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and strategic initiatives.
