We are proud to announce and celebrate the successful completion of Elevate Summit Leadership Class 4!

Ventura Community Partners welcomed 38 Community Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents representing three of our brands—CCMC, HOAMCO, and AMG, for three days of connection, collaboration, and leadership development focused on elevating the way we serve our teams, clients, and communities.

This class was truly exceptional. Collectively, participants brought more than 350 years of industry experience, lead and support over 250 team members, and serve more than 263 communities across the country. Beyond their professional accomplishments, this diverse group represented seven different countries and included a comedian, an HBO documentary extra, and an ordained minister, reminding us that great leadership is built on unique experiences and perspectives.

Throughout the summit, participants explored what makes our approach to community management the best in the industry.

Operations leaders from across our brands shared best practices, strengthened their understanding of communication styles, and expanded their professional networks to better support our communities, residents, clients, and vendor partners.

A highlight of the event was an engaging panel featuring internal leaders Natalie Dopp, CHRO; Sarah Scott, Business Development; and Alex Wright, Vice President of Community Operations. Through candid conversations, they shared lessons learned from both the successes and challenges they’ve experienced throughout their careers in community management.

The experience also included community tours hosted by CCMC’s Resident Experience team in partnership with onsite teams, providing valuable insight into community amenities, operations, and the resident experience that sets our organizations apart.

One of the most memorable moments was a special drop-in session with Deb, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions, gain perspective, and engage in meaningful dialogue with one of our organization’s leaders!

As we reflect on Elevate Summit Leadership Class 4, one thing is clear: this program continues to strengthen our culture of excellence, develop exceptional leaders, and reinforce our commitment to delivering outstanding service across every community we serve.
