How Ventura Came to Be – Our Roots with CCMC

To understand Ventura’s origin,
let’s start with our first partnership, CCMC.

For over 50 years, CCMC built something different: a community management company where master-planned communities received award-winning service, employees built decade-long careers, and “people first” wasn’t a slogan, it was how decisions got made. But the founders knew what many founders eventually face: there’s only so far you can go alone.

In 2003, they opened their office on Via de Ventura in Phoenix…you can see where this is going. And in 2024, in partnership with Charlesbank Capital Partners, our company was formed. Initially, we were named Community Management Holdings. Today, you know us as Ventura Community Partners.

VCP is the parent company that brings together the best portfolio and large-scale HOA management companies that exist. Inspired by the Latin meaning of “Ventura”, VCP seeks to redefine partnership in community management, so that founders, team members, developers, and residents all have something greater ahead.  We often say, success is when a founder’s biggest decision becomes their team’s best opportunity, and their residents’ best experience.

This is why VCP was founded.
